Arllis Arms Apartments Hello Future Tenants: Arllis Arms Apartments is located in the ever-changing beauty of Capitol Hill. Our home is centrally located on 15Th Ave., short walk in all directions will take you on a journey to many of our wonderful boutique’s shops, mouthwatering eateries, and a genre of entertainment.
