All units come with a fridge, microwave, sink, counter space, and plenty of cabinet space. Usable common space and laundry facilities on-site ensure you have everything you need but nothing in excess. It's just a short walk to Downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill, South Lake Union, and thousands of shops and restaurants. Additional Information • Security Deposit: $500 • $50 Application fee • Move-in costs are a security deposit and the prorated first month's rent • Utilities: Water, Sewer, Garbage, Electric and Gas will be billed through a formula that divides the total bill and allocates the charges based on the number of occupants in a unit and/or the size of the unit.
