Each apartment features an open-concept layout enhanced by streamlined kitchen cabinetry, plush carpeting, and an in-unit washer and dryer. A private balcony or patio completes each apartment home’s cozy garden ambiance. Select homes also feature a wood-burning fireplace. Our serene community showcases scenic views of lush greenery from each home and offers ample community amenities for you to enjoy. When it’s time to play, check out our on-site playground or burn off some energy in our fitness center. For wind-down, relax in our picnic areas or swim a few laps in the pool. Options for outdoor entertainment extend beyond our community to the trails and open green space at 92nd Street Park, less than one mile away.
