6 Bedroom Townhome - $500/room if split equally! This is a private townhome - not an apartment. Furnished with a washer/dryer, attached garage & tons of storage space. We find that our students stay year round and finish out their college years in our townhomes (roommates can change from year to year). The lower level bedrooms have separate deadbolt doors to offer private entry into two of the bedrooms - perfect for individuals working late hours or roommates needing more privacy to come and go. Townhomes Cheney is 3 blocks from EWU, just 15-20 minutes to AMAZON, Airport, Fairchild Airforce Base, Eastern State Hospital & downtown Spokane. We are WALKING distance to nightlife (this means NO DRIVING after a night out), public transit/park-n-ride, restaurants, shopping, coffee and the only local owned grocery store in town.
