The Stella

The NRP Group and The San Antonio Housing Trust partnered to develop the Stella, a 321-unit apartment community geared toward working families and young professionals at or below 50% or 60% of the area’s median income. The property is adjacent to IDEA School and within walking distance from Copernicus Park and Recreation Center, as well as H-E-B grocery. The Stella includes a playground, a 24-hour fitness center, a community room, a business center and a pool. The apartments will also provide services such as after-school tutoring, financial literacy and workforce training. With the Stella, The NRP Group brought the first new residential development to the neighborhood in over a decade.
