The unique public-private partnership with the San Antonio Housing Trust Public Facility Corporation that financed The Flats at River North reserves 51% of the apartment homes for residents earning incomes at or below 80% of the area median income. The Flats at River North features 283 homes with designer floorplans and amenities. The resort-style courtyard pool area features a wet deck, grilling area, and a fire pit. The complex also includes a club lounge with a kitchenette and a gaming area and a fifth-floor sky lounge with outdoor seating along with views of the River Walk and downtown San Antonio.
