3700 Dacy

3700 Dacy is a new construction multifamily community comprising 324 units for families with incomes less than 60% of the area median income. This is The NRP Group’s first development in Kyle, Texas, which is a fast-growing gateway city to nearby Austin. 3700 Dacy provides workforce housing where few affordable options previously existed. One unique aspect of this development process was working with the City of Kyle to annex a portion of the building site. The NRP Group partnered with the Capital Area Housing Finance Corporation to create 3700 Dacy. The apartment community boasts amenities such as a swimming pool, community room, and fitness center, while each apartment home features modern cabinetry and plank flooring, a fully-equipped kitchen, and nine-foot ceilings.
