Station42

Station42 is a 368-unit mixed-income apartment community in Killeen, Texas, where half of the apartment homes are reserved for residents earning 80% of the area median income. The community sits on approximately 22 acres and consists of sixteen (16) three-story wood-frame residential buildings with an integrated clubhouse and surface parking. Station42 is four miles southeast of Fort Hood, the largest active-duty post in the U.S. Military and home of the U.S. Army’s Armored Corp and the largest single-site employer in the state of Texas. The city of Killeen and the military base share a symbiotic relationship with the local employment and community. The community is also approximately one mile north of several major big box retailers and grocers, including Walmart, HEB, Hobby Lobby, Lowe’s, Kohl’s, and the Killeen Mall.
