Sutton Flats

Sutton Flats is a 300-unit multifamily community with half of its apartment homes reserved for residents earning up to 80% of the area median income. The fully-equipped one- and two-bedroom apartments are beautiful homes for residents who can also enjoy community amenities including a pool, fitness center, dog park and pet wash station, business center, fire pit, and grills. Sutton Flats was developed through a public-private partnership with Texoma Housing Partners. The community is located near many major employers including Texoma Medical Center, Tyson Foods, and Texas Instruments.
