The Pointe at Bayou Bend

The Pointe at Bayou Bend is a public-private partnership between The NRP Group and the Houston Housing Authority. The community provides 398 affordable homes to the residents of Houston’s Second Ward, a neighborhood experiencing significant revitalization with new homes, businesses, and other amenities coming to the surrounding area. Community amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, business center, and children’s activity room. The individual homes feature granite countertops, walk-in closets, fully-equipped kitchens, vinyl-plank flooring, and energy efficient fixtures and appliances. Additional on-site services for residents include financial literacy, after school programs, and health and wellness screenings.
