Golden Bamboo III

Golden Bamboo Village III is a 130-unit senior housing development for Houston residents age 55 or older earning 30%, 50%, or 60% of the area median income. An ideal location, Golden Bamboo III provides easy access to shopping centers, restaurants and clinics. Golden Bamboo III also offers a wonderful atmosphere for seniors to relax and enjoy their surroundings; the community features a Japanese relaxation garden, as well as a vegetable garden where residents can grow their own healthy food. Other community features include a swimming pool, clubhouse with a community room, planned activities, social services and more. The welcoming units include 9’ ceilings, full-size washer/dryer connections and window coverings, among other desirable amenities. The NRP Group partnered with VNTeamWork to develop Golden Bamboo III.
