Thrive on Crawford is a 67-unit affordable multifamily community near downtown Fort Worth, Texas. This unique public-private partnership between NRP and John Peter Smith Hospital, the Tarrant County taxing hospital, will serve as one of the State’s first housing developments geared toward merging healthcare and housing in one location. In addition to the affordable housing component, the development will also include retail space for JPS use to help further their mission.
