Azure Pointe

Azure Pointe is NRP Group’s first multifamily development in Beaumont, Texas, in partnership with the Beaumont Housing Authority. The 140 apartment homes feature one-, two- , three- and four- bedroom spacious floor plans for residents earning 30%, 50%, or 60% of the area median income. The community has an array of amenities including a tot lot, resort style pool and fitness center. Its location is in close proximity to the highway and provides residents with easy access to schools, retail shopping and all of the area’s work and play destinations.
