Tiffin Pointe

Tiffin Pointe is a 52-unit workforce family housing community for residents earning at or below 60% of the area median income. It is the largest multifamily housing development in Tiffin, Seneca County, Ohio, in over a decade. Each Tiffin Pointe home has an individual front door entry, open, modern floor plans, washer/dryer hookups, ample interior and exterior storage, and amenities to appeal to residents. Residents have direct access to the property management office, library, homework center, laundry room and playground, all within the property’s Clubhouse. The NRP Group partnered with Seneca Industrial and Economic Development to bring Tiffin Pointe to the community.
