Tiffin Pointe II

The second phase of Tiffin Pointe consists of two 3-story buildings that build upon the success of Tiffin Pointe’s first phase and NRP’s deep relationship with the Tiffin community. The second phase is 56 total units of new construction workforce housing, comprising one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments that will be affordable to residents at 30% to 60% of the Area Median Income. Residents will be able to enjoy the amenities from the first phase of this project, including a fitness center, business center, clubhouse space, laundry facility, central air conditioning, social services, a homework room, a pet washing station, and a playground. Due to the large number of families with school-age children residing in the first phase, NRP is expanding the playground from the first phase to include additional equipment. Tiffin Pointe offers a high-quality affordable rental option to the Tiffin community.
