The Residences at Maple Glen

The Residences at Maple Glen is a three story, 48 unit, senior workforce housing community located in the City of Marysville on a healthcare campus next to Memorial Health of Union County. The health-enhanced development offers a smoke-free campus, fitness center and connected sidewalks to a wide variety of health offerings within walking distance. The elevator-served project offers 24 one- and 24 two-bedroom/one bath units for the seniors who also love the additional resident storage, walk-in closets (2 bedroom), programmatic activities, and central gathering spaces that welcome everyone into the community. All units are designed using Universal Design features to allow seniors to age in place gracefully. The construction exceeds the minimum Enterprise Green Communities Criteria by 20 or more points to maximize the conservation of energy.
