Bevier Memorial Building The Bevier Memorial Building is an Arts and Crafts-style structure originally built as a School of Art and Design. This Rochester landmark was redeveloped into a mixed-use, certified historic rehabilitation building, housing 15 luxury loft apartments and a local marketing firm. This building earned an Award of Merit from the Landmark Society of Western New York for the outstanding rehabilitation of this beautifully designed Claude Bragdon Landmark. Overlooking historic Cornhill Landing, the property is a short walk to the Cascade District, Frontier Field, Hochstein Music Hall, Blue Cross Arena and the Genesee River Trail.
