Bureau Lofts Apartments Coming Soon to Manhattan KS! The Bureau Lofts is a new affordable housing community coming to the site of the current Unger Building at 2323 Anderson Ave. in Manhattan, Kansas. Now under construction, the community is expected to be completed by end of September 2026 and will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans with modern apartment features and select community amenities, including package lockers, elevators, on-site management, and a dog park.
