Owners are open to a short lease term as long as it's not less than 3 months. The main floor has a lot natural light and a large living room that flows into the dining room and kitchen. The main floor has real hardwood floors. All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. One small dog is allowed with the owners approval and a $350 non refundable pet fee.
