Emblem marks The NRP Group’s first affordable development in the District of Columbia. This 115-unit all-affordable apartment community was developed with the Marshall Heights Community Development Organization and financed in part by key District of Columbia agencies: the Department of Housing and Community Development, the DC Housing Authority, the DC Housing Finance Agency, and the DC Green Bank. Emblem’s outstanding location has immediate access to walkable amenities, jobs, educational opportunities, and public transit. In addition to their well-appointed apartment homes, residents enjoy amenities including a fitness center, lounge, study room, toddler room, and bicycle parking both indoors and outdoors.
